Shipping & Delivery
Where does Mental Magie ship to?
We ship to all 50 States and to most countries around the world!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the work week. Sometimes we may partially fulfill an order if part of the order is backordered. You will be notified via email if we do this to get prior approval.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for US Domestic Orders totaling $150+
Buyer Shipping & Receiving Responsibility
Once your order has left our office and is scanned by the USPS, Mental Magie is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. It is Buyer's responsibility to provide correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or misdelivery.
Import Taxes & VAT for International
Mental Magie is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries. If a parcel shipped to you is returned due to non payment of Import Tax and VAT, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or payment will be given back as Store Credit minus the shipping fees.
How do I track my order?
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package by logging into your account or going to USPS.com and entering the tracking number provided.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
Please shop carefully as all VINTAGE item sales are considered Final.
MODERN items are eligible for exchange or store credit if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery date and item is postmarked within 5 business days of mutual agreement of return shipment of good(s). (This means if a return/exchange is agreed upon on June 1st, the postmark on your return parcel should be no later than June 5th).
Exchanges are only valid between like items. (For example, a small for a medium, or the sage version for the rose version of the same garment).
MODERN items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be valid for exchange/store credit.
We cannot guarantee stock for exchanges for our Modern Vintage Inspired styles due to the popularity of some of our styles. If the item you want to exchange is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued to you.
How to request an exchange/return of an item
Within 48 Hours of receipt of delivery of your order, e-mail us at email@example.com to request an exchange/return of an item for store credit with SUBJECT line "Attn: Exchange/Return"
In your request email please include:
1. Your Name (that you placed the order with)
2. Order Number
3. If this is an Exchange or a Request for Return for Store Credit.
4. If an Exchange, What would you like to Exchange for. If Return, include reason for Exchange/Return.
Exchange & Returns (if applicable)
If your request for exchange/refund for store credit was sent within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of your goods, we will notify you that you have been approved for an exchange/return. Once we receive your items and do a final inspection and deem the item in the same condition as it was sent to you, your store credit will be processed within 48 hours of inspection and you will be notified via email.
How long does my store credit last?
Your store credit is valid for 90 Days from date of issue. We will remind you if your store credit is expiring and we can extend it for you.
Is there anything I can't return?
All jewelry, lingerie, underpinnings, swimwear, SALE items, and items marked AS-IS are Final Sale, no exceptions.
Purchases made with a Promotional Code or purchased during a Sale/Promotion period are considered Final Sale.
We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement.
Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fees
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments to our office as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returns.
Can I cancel my purchase?
So sorry, but we do not accept cancellations.
